- 1986: company founded in Poland. Electrical installations company focused on electrical systems and wiring private and commercial buildings.
- 1988: Private Electrical Company executing underground and overhead power lines and substations for the County Councils and National Grid. The company executes successfully different projects in 3 regions of Poland.
- 1995: Amtel is awarded by Staszow County Council a supplier of the year.
- 1995: Amtel becomes a Limited company in Poland. Projects are undertaken throughout the country, including electrical infrastructure, services for houses, gas services, telecommunication lines, street lighting.
- 2001: ISO 9001 Quality Management System introduced.
- 2004: Amtel wins projects in Ireland. Amtel expands into the house building sector. Clients in Ireland include Alstom and Areva. Amtel acquires experience of building Eco-houses.
- 2005: Amtel wins projects in the UK. Amtel works as a subcontractor for Balfour Beatty, Areva T&D UK.
- 2009: Achilles UVDB certification in the UK – Supplier no. 59457.
- 2011: Amtel wins projects in Canada. Amtel works as subcontractor for Valard Construction, RS Line Construction and Rokstad Power on power transmission lines.
- 2014: PICS/Avetta Certificate in Canada.
- 2014: The company operations are concentrated mainly in Canada
- 2015: Amtel wins projects in Canada to work on gas Mains replacement as a main contractor
- 2016: COR Certificate
- 2019: Amtel expands its activity into US market
